Ivan Fisher Funeral Home and Aylsham Parish Church are working in close partnership to help people at perhaps one of the worst times of their lives.

Both organisations are bringing a new generation into the roles with Lewis Cook, 28, joining Ivan Fisher as a full-time funeral director and 27-year-old Jack Branford nine months into his role as curate with Aylsham Parish Church. Both are new dads, with Lewis’ daughter Eva-Rose at three months and Jack’s daughter Annabel at nine months.

Andrew explained the church was keen to chat to people to work out the kind of service they wanted and pointed out that it needn’t always include what people traditionally thought of with a church funeral.
