Our New Brew Cafe are inviting you to be part of their Christmas art installation at Aylsham Parish Church. From the start of this year's Christmas Tree Festival (Friday 24th Nov) through to the New Year, we'll be filling the Church with a variety of handmade stars each representing an individual.

Some of these stars will be created in memory of loved ones, others will be there in celebration of family events, & some will be there to represent personal struggles that people have overcome, or are working through at present.

Each of us has a light to shine.

If you'd like to join in the project, here's how:

  • Create a star - these can be knitted, crocheted, sewn, or crafted from paper/card/wire, it's up to you.
  • Stars need to be no bigger than 5"x5" & must be white or cream.
  • Stars can be left at New Brew (on a Friday morning) along with a suggested donation of £1 per star for our charities
  • Ideally, all stars need to be in before Thursday 23rd November

If you would like to join in, but don't wish to make a star, you can purchase a star from us for £2 & we'll add it alongside all the others for you.

All profits from this project will go to the mental health charity Mind, & the parent support group Get Me Out The Four Walls.
