St. Mary’s, Aldborough is situated just outside the Village, and is almost hidden behind trees. Inside are medieval brasses; outside there is a conservation area. And the church is working towards an eco award, having an eco toilet, as well as toilet twinning in Uganda. The Village itself boasts a large green, a pub, a shop, a post office, a school, a chapel, a doctors’ surgery, a community centre and a church room. All are well used.
